well it's like Babel probably - a portrait of a well-off family in the west contrasting with poorer people in another country and how they impact on each other and don't even know it etc.
one of those - 'the world is unfair to poor people so give us Hollywood types a load of money and some Oscars for saying so ' type movies .

I'm being cynical , it might be very good , I like Gael Garcia he's very good.

The trailer doesn't tell us anything much though - apart from the fact there's a really expensive pen and an elephant in it!
