Hello. Let's see: me, 47, very active my whole life, currently dealing with my 3rd fairly major back injury: a 7ft fall backwarRAB off some scaffolding at work. I have compressed disks, stenosed nerve exits in the L-4/L-5 area, same problem up in C-5 thru C-7 (this is affecting my left forearm, thurab, and index and middle fingers). Broken wrist this time, too; not that that is relevant to this post, just a pain in the butt to deal with. Anyway, between an ortho surgeon who wants to cut and a chiro who recommended adjustments and "Lordex," I chose the chiro and Lordex. Have been at it for about five weeks now, with very inconsistent results. Some days I can feel my left foot after treatment for about 4-5 hours, some days it doesn't seem to do anything at all. There is never a 24hr period where I regain complete feeling in my left lower leg and foot. Am now stretching and exercising mildly, but not lifting more than 30lbs. More than that sets me backwarRAB substantially. Just wondering if other people have been through the ENTIRE Lordex program (including all the exercise regimens) and what your experiences are. Am getting fairly frustrated. Thanks, will be very interested to hear what folks have to say.
