Can anyone tell me names of renown Spanish authors, or, their books?

Can anyone tell me the names of Spanish authors who are renown for their literary works? I'm not talking about the books that teenagers read that are like Twilight or Harry Potter; I want the Literature that matches up to people like Tolstoy or Dostoevsky.

Some books I have already heard, but not read, are Don Quixote... and thats about it. If you can tell from the details I have posted, in which you can understand that I like Classic Literature, good; if not, that's not good.

Try Gabriel Garcia Marquez. He's not Spanish - as in from Spain. He's Colombian, and has won the Nobel Prize for literature.

One Hundred Years of Solitude won the Nobel prize, but I preferred Love in the time of Cholera.
