I recently bought a bag of falafel nothing fancy just straight out of the bins.
the problem I now face is I don't have any idea how much water to add or anything on how to make it.
I've never made it before and I don't want to mess it up cause it's the only thing in the house to eat and I'm starving
Please help me I am SO hungry!

What i do is dump all the mix you want to use into a bowl, then pour some water into a measuring pitcher, and pour about a tablespoon at a time into the mix, until the dough is firm enough for you to shape it: not wet enough to fall out of your fingers, but not dry enough to crumble. this is why you don't put all the mix in the bowl at once. once you have this done, heat some oil at the bottom of a pan and drop tablespoon-sized balls of mix into the oil. make sure you turn the felafels so they don't burn on only one side. when you've finished frying them, then take them out of the oil using a filter, and place them on a paper towel on a plate. then they are ready for you to enjoy!
