neighbours paint fall off ceiling? My mum has lived in the same house for 22yrs with no issues from any downstairs neighbour. Even with 4 of us as kids running riot there has NEVER been any issues.
My mum now has new neighbours who I think are trying to cause her some trouble.
My mum now looks after my 2 niece's (1 & 4) during the day and the new neighbours are saying that the girls playing is causing the paint to fall off their ceiling! Can this happen? It has never happened in the all the years my mum has lived there! She doesn't let the girls run riot because there are people underneath but she cant stop them playing completely!
