Mine:
Was Mike Waltrip really cheating at the Daytona?
55 is my Favorite Racer ,was that really true at the 500
And Do you think Mike can WIN this year ???

NASCAR Best Answer - Chosen by Asker (Asker was a guy named "Wrecked")
MAGGIE: No. NASCAR needs to look into these "violations" before accusing them all of cheating. I am not a big Mike Waltrip fan (how can anyone be? At race's end he is already in the garage or a kajillion laps down), but I wouldn't be so quick to judge as the powers that be in NASCAR do.
and "no"...his cars aren't ever that great anymore.

hey bestanswer...you gave me my 3rd best answer. it was for "Do you like Flyin' Ryan Newman?"

Well, I answered a question and was just goofing off, cause I had never heard of "ethos" until then, and I didn't see how it related to NASCAR, but someone asked:

Has anyone out there tried ethos?

I noticed a few questions similar to this asking if it is a scam or legit - but I want to hear from some folks who have actually tried it or are using it - not just people who look at the site and go - "scamola!" http://www.thegassecret.net/new_order.ht... I do have to say that their site does look totally scamish - and why wouldn't they be doing something like partnering with a big company like Walmart Corporation who is big into trying to go green - and selling it the normal way if it is legit?

And my answer was:
Definitely a scam. I tried it and it just messed my life up. Get out why you still can.

I thought it was pretty funny that it got voted as best answer since I had no idea what the question was talking about, and ever since then I started posting more here lol.

I had to do some digging but I found it. Here it is:

That is so funny. It was 'Tom Cruise is My Friend' who gave me my first best answer . The question was: Is boris said going to be in the Infineon Race? also do you think dario franchiti or sam hornish jr will have high finishes?

My answer: Said-Yes he is!
Franchitti-not a high finish
Hornish-possibly top 15

Edit: I just looked it up, here it is:

Is NASCAR just not the same?
I went to AMS and that was the most boring race in history, NOW Bristol, which is supposed to be exciting...was not. Is the "Car of Today" ruining it for the "Fans of Yesterday?"

My answer:
Nascar was at it's best in 02 and 03, the chase brought about an entire new atmosphere to the sport. I still love it but it will never be how I remember it. The reason is the fact Nascar is a buisness and wants to appeal to a wide fan base leaving the current diehards out to dry. I will always love the racing but they'll be that empty feeling every Sunday.

I got two thumbs up and three thumbs down.

Yep, mine was a question about one of the songs that was played during the NNC Awards Banquet last year. Evidently I was the only one who knew who sang it. It was actually my first ever best answer so I was excited LOL.

My first wasn't a NASCAR question at all(Though it was in the NASCAR section). It was a question about the game Forza Motorsport 2. My first NASCAR related one I can't remember, I think it was something about Dale Jr.

EDIT: Nope, Second Best Answer was something about Champion Provisionals. I also found out I've already been here a year!

hellfire maggie you know i cant remember what happened last week much less back that far
but that is a really great question and looks like good response!
if i remember something close i'll edit !!!!!!!!!!

Great questions Maggie. I looked mine up gosh it was 2 years ago, so funny when you go back there aren't to many people I even remember back then, except Trego, Tbone & David G. Pretty funny.

I would love to see Jr. win, he could use one. Carl Edwards does love the Super-Speedways. Dale Jarrett is due and he too loves the Super-Speedways. Jimmy's hot. I don't know, you know what my answer is....anyone but Tony Stewart or the Bush brothers.

HERE'S THE QUESTION:
Fantasy nascar help?
pick one out of the racers....blaney,jeff green, yeley, robby gordon, schrade

1 here as well,,,,,,kyle petty,stremme,marlin,rains,kvapil....

who should i pick and why...explain your answer.....and would u pick montoya over gilliard?

AND MY ANSWER:
Definately JJ Yeley in the first group. Gibbs racing is a proven championship team with the resources and equipment to be competitive week in and week out. David Stremme in the next group. He has developing talent whereas Petty and Marlin are past their prime and probably won't race full schedules this year. I don't think Kvapil is running a full season either or at least won't qualify for all/many races. Tony Raines would be the only other one to consider in this group. He did average decent finishes in the races he ran last year but they started off with Terry Labonte to guarantee making the first 5 races. I think I would take Montoya over Gilliland because he is a seasoned veteran, just not in Nextel Cup yet. He will make a fairly smooth transition and has great driving skills. Try to build your team on who has the greatest chance of at least making it into the race every week. With 55 full time teams this year, the Toyotas and the new car of tomorrow it will be harder and harder for teams to run all 36 races.

THAT WAS OVER 2 YEARS AGO.
