I recently have been short of breath alot , with some dull chest pain and dull pain in my left arm ..

Went to the er , they ran tests, blood work , ekg .. everything came back good..

Ill also point out im 23 years old and non smoker .. So i was givin Xanax ( and a 4000 er bill ) ..

I only took it for a few days because after a while i felt i didnt need it, that was like 2 weeks ago .. But now im feeling very out of it , and dizzy .. Its not really dizzy as in seeing things move around me, its more like i feel like IM moving every now and then , my brain that is .. And it makes me feel HEAVY .. Went to the doc, says its PROB ANXIETY also .. Thing is though , i even feel when im not anxious , even the eye sight gets a little messed up sometimes, but not really .. Doc says ALL these things happen to people with anixety and not to let it bother me ..

Yea right doc lol

You don't have to be having anxiety to feel anxiety if that makes sense. I just turned 26, haven't smoked since I was 18, exercise a few times a week, have had ekg's, stress echocardiograms, bloodwork, 24 hour holter monitors, eeg's, MRI's, MRA's and they all come back normal except showing some occasional PAC's and PVC's which they assured me are normal and benign. I've had anxiety off and on for over 10 years so you'd think I'd be used to it, but just yesterday I was in the car with my husband and didn't feel anxious at all and all of a sudden it felt like a cell phone was vibrating in my chest or something where my heart is and it did that a few times for a couple seconRAB, scared the heck out of me and then went away. Needless to say that it sent me into a pretty good panic attack. That's the weird and frustrating thing about anxiety. It comes out of the blue for no apparent reason and then leaves when it feels like it. Try to relax knowing that it's just anxiety, but I know from experience that is easier said than done. Hope you feel better :-)
