Can anyone recommend some good sounding and reasonably priced outdoor speakers?

I've got a ground level patio that add a pair of speakers to and to connect to my system. I've got a 2nd zone with 110W per channel, so I had good power available. I'm actually considering a TIC passive subwoofer (either the rock style or omni-speaker that's partially buried) and then a pair of satellite speakers. Anyone have experience with these? Or does someone have other recommendations for good sound with respectable bass? I'm looking to spend no more than $175 for the pair, and would prefer to keep it at $100 or less. Used off of Ebay would work if necessary.
