Can anyone recommend me a workout routine for beginner in gym?

I'm 17 turning 18 next year, and i had just enroll in a gym. I wonder which workout routine suits me, and there's a problem concerned that is my lower body is alot bigger than my upper body which most probably is fat but seems hard to lose it. Anyway , my goal is to have a bigger upper body and hopefully symmetrical with my lower body. Thank you.
