Can anyone recommend a non-English 80s film?

I'm really into the 80s at the mo and i'd love to watch a film which really captures that era...music,fashions etc...that is not English language (but preferrably European).
Anybody? I know it's a strange request!
 
Le Cop is brilliant (french), I believe there is plenty of 80's gloss, that nightclub woman is in it, what was her name.....Regine!
Le Balance, also a cop film about a grass and his prostitute girlfriend. Edgy and sexy!

La cage aux Folles you know there was a very good remake of this with Robin Williams but this film has it all.
 
Just thought of another one....it's French again, do you see a pattern emerging here?!!

What a bizzare request?!

Italian movies of the 1980s were a bit of a mess really - they generally resorted to low budget horror movies.

Subway (1985) - A Luc-Besson classic; glossy, French and seriously '80s'.
Betty Blue (1986) - Jean-Jacques Beineix; fairly 80s in terms of style..
Diva (1981) - Jean-Jacques Beineix again; another French 'classic'!
