I am a very sensitive, although very kind hearted person. And it seems that most people tend to take advantage and crap on people like myself. So, when an emotional event happens in my life, I become very emotionally upset, cry etc. I never get mad or angry or violent. I just cry and find it difficult to do my job or anything for that matter because my feelings run so deep. I don't know if this is just who I am? Or if there is something I can do to change it? Please only recommend a book if you have actually read it, as I know of many titles, I just don't know which would be best. Thank you in advance for both your compassion and your kindness.~~Melanie
