Can anyone put a title name and author to this short story?

I have not seen this story for decades but it sticks in the memory.

The story revolves around a young boy who has prescient powers. His accuracy at foretelling the future propel him to international Television Super stardom. Whole nations await his deliberations.
One day he predicts the following day will bring an end to all conflict and the commencement of global human peace. Questioned by intimates why he is not partaking in the spontaneous jubilant celebrations, he explains the cause of his prediction is the world will be destroyed by a super-nova.

Anyone familiar with this work?

This rings a bell, I'm fairly sure I've read this, years ago, but I might not be right.

I think it's by Philip K Dick, but I just can't grasp the title. I think the boy was called something like Caelob, or Callum... something like that.

Sorry to not be more help, if the title or anything else pops into my head, I'll come back and add it to this answer.
