Can anyone please provide me with facts about my car audio system?

My head unit puts out 17 watts rms by 4 making a total of 68 watts rms. i'm going to hopefully tune my new 10" subs at 60hz. my highs on my head unit are 160hz. so if I take 60hz divided by 160z which will equal 0.375 and then take the 68 watts from earlier divided by the 0.375 which will get 181.33333. I know that it can't be EXACTLY but if the wattage rms of my subs combined were that number then would that mean that on every bass note that it would be just as loud as every high note? the db of the subs and speakers will both be 91 also so that shouldn't change the loudness' of anything.
