VCR/dvd player is connected i? have audio/video jacks the prob is now i notice when i record something the sound is very low when i play the recorded video back,the sound /volume works just fine when its a tv program on,, but if i record something when i play it back the sound is ver low,,, can anyone tell me what the prob could be and how i can correct it?
 
when you play something back, your vcr isn't operating from the converter box. The converter box is only used to get the channels.
Have you tried turning up the volume using your TV remote instead of your converter box remote? Try doing that next time you play something back.
