...illnesses? And I am referring more to the main characters within a TV show, not just some patients who are seen in one episode. It seems like nearly every person who you see as a main character is healthy, attractive, and has had a pretty good childhood. There haven't been enough shows to focus heavily on someone who is chronically ill. Yes, I know that there are definitely going to be plenty of books and probably a good amount of movies like that, but I don't know if that is also the case with TV shows. Okay, Breaking Bad has a main character that has cancer, but what other shows could there be like this one?
