Can anyone identify the dieties in this painting of Roman Mythology? As well as

the painter? I've been looking for who created this painting, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've seen the painting in many places before, but now that I need to know who made it, I can't find it. I just have this picture of it with no other information.

I also need to identify the deities in this painting. I've asked about it before on here and gotten several different opinions.

So far, I've determined thus:

The man in the top left with the sickle is Saturn.
The man at the top center with the bird next to him is Jupiter.
The man sitting directly to right of him with the helmet on is Mars.
The crowned woman in the center is Juno.
The naked woman on the middle-right is Venus.
The small child next to the naked woman is Cupid.
The man holding the staff below Venus is Mercury.
The woman holding the moon-like object in the lower right is Diana.
The man in the center with the three-pronged trident is Neptune (could be Pluto?),
The man in the lower left is Pluto (could be Neptune?)
The woman holding the spear-like object behind the seated woman is Minerva.

I can not identify who the seated woman holding her breast is. I'm thinking that its Vesta, but not sure.

I'm not sure who is Pluto or Neptune. I've heard that Pluto is sometimes depicted with a two-pronged trident, while Neptune always has three. So I'm somewhat sure that the man in the center is Neptune.

I'm not sure who the man with the cowboy-like hat in the center is either. I was thinking Bacchus, but I see no flowers.

I could not identify any of the others that I did not mention.
