For the record, it's not imagery.
What is the term when analyzing poetry (or any literature for that matter) when one sense linked with another?

For example "He smelled the band playing"

or "She heard the sun light"

Those examples aren't great, but it gets the point across.
 
imagery.

they call it imagery whenever something appeals to one of the five senses. sight, touch, taste, smell, hearing.
