I saw this on the Dog Whisperer but didn't catch exactly what it was or what the purpose was. It was actually on the show about a hyper husky that a little boy had trouble walking & I have the same problem with my husky! She's only a little over a year but sometimes pulls & pulls & pulls on our walks & I was hoping something like this would help her slow down & give her some more excersize? Is that what they're for? Any idea where you could find them? And does anyone have any experience with them? Another Q is....how do I know what is a good weight for her? I'm not even sure if they come with weights or what? On the show I watched....they put full water bottles in....
