I just got onto my Photoshop program and for some reason can only use the hand navigation tool. Every tool I click, even the hand navigation tool itself, just has that tool active. I've had the program for over 2 years, and this has never happened before. I don't know if I pressed a button combination when I logged off last time or what, but this is going to interfere with my projects unless someone can help me. Does anyone know what to do?
