Can anyone help me with selecting a phone?

I'm terribly confused in my phone selection, and I need to make a decision by this Wednesday...

Here is what I need in a phone:

-must be currently available through dealers; my work will not reimburse Ebay, etc.
-stability
-MUST be able to sync w/ my calendar, contacts, etc RELIABLY
-good phone, easy to use
-voice dial
-bluetooth
-access to my calendar/appointments AND contacts
-internet access (to check our shared online calendar for work)
-email access (we do not have an enterprise server, and work will not sport for one.) I just need the ability to check my email when I need it, I don't necessarily need real time (push).
-I would really like the option to use the phone for internet access for my laptop if possible (tethering).
-3rd party apps are not important; I'm not going to play games on it, etc.
-the attachments I'll need to view are PDF, excel, word, and photos
-the only choices for a provider are Verizon and Cingular.

I've looked at several phones; and there seems to be significant drawbacks to each!

-Nokia 9300; hard to carry (no holsters available), no vibrate, no voice dial, no camera

-Cingular 8125; hard to use as a phone, hard to dial without the stylus, questionable build quality, not very stable, sync problems (from reviews on phonescoop).

-Treo 650; terrible stability, massive problems with reboots, no voice dial

-Blackberry 8700; doesn't work well without enterprise server for email, and won't allow attachments, no camera.

-E61; not available through dealers, no warranty, and no camera (which I could deal with)

Can anyone give me a push in the right direction? I could really use a bit of help...

although not available through dealers, I'd go for the E61.

I've had the 9500 from Nokia and its specs don't cut it. On paper it's fantastic and too good to be true. Unfortunately that is the case. The 9300 differs only slightly I think (lack of camera, smaller size and keyboard)

I've also had the Treo 650 and I haven't found it bad at all. Keys are great and so is the screen. Reception was amazing too (with that antena it better be). I had the unlocked version and have not experienced software problems.

Also had the K-Jam and PDA2k both Windows machines, and they were great.... but Windows.

btw, I find that the lack of camera adds to credibility.
Another reason I like the E61. I want to try it.

I'd LOVE the E61; but it's not available through dealers and it has no warranty; hence, my work will NOT pay for it. It would be my first choice otherwise.

verizon theres the 6700 and the motorla Q also the blackberry 7230e is really good for email and such my brother in law has it for work becuase of the real time email.
