My friends car was towed from my condo last night because we have permit parking. There is a sign posted that says cars will be towed without a permit. No where on the sign does it give a number or a name of who towed it or how to retrieve it. We called the HOA and the receptionist said she can't help but took a message and said that someone will call back. That was two hours ago. Is it legal for them to take the car without providing information on the property as to how to get the car back?
Can anyone help me with a legal question regarding having a car towed?
