Can anyone help me with a gym plan please?

At the moment, I haven't got a routine so find it very hard to motivate myself to go running/gym etc. Although from the beginning of June, I'l be working full time so it will be easier for me to assign a certain time everyday where i'd have to go to the gym. If I go the gym everyday (with perhaps sundays off), for 1and a half hours, and have a normal, balanced diet, how much weight could I expect to lose in say 3 months?

Another thing is, I am doing this to lose weight and tone up - I'm not looking to build much muscle. I'm slightly overweight for my height (10.5 stone and i'm only 5ft.3) so ideally, I'm hoping to lose around 2 or 2.5 stone! Does anyone suggest an exercise plan (which would be for 1 and half hours), which I could do everyday to help me tone up? and perhaps dietary things i should take into account?
