...Father's Rights? The mother of my son's child is not allowing him or any of our family to see his son that is under 1 year old. She is receiving a very nice child support payment that he agreed to pay without having to have the courts tell him to do so (in fact, it's much larger than what the courts would have had him pay). I encouraged him to give more for his son. He also is providing the medical, dental and vision thru his Military benefits for his son. I have power of Attorney and pray that someone can help with a great referral! We have already been taken advantage of by one female attorney that has taken over 4,000 bucks from us and we still have no permanent order!
