Can anyone help me solve a Toyota transmission problem?

I have a 91 Toyota Pick-up truck. It has 150k miles on it. It is a straight shift (5 speed), Original clutch.

I am having problems with 3rd and 4th gear in it. What it is doing is basically, when I get the transmission hot (after 20 miles or so), I start to loose 3rd and 4th only.

When the transmission is cold, I can get into these gears fine. But if it is hot, I sometimes can get it into them, most of the time I can't.

I can also some times get it into gear if I slam it hard enough. Also, it seems that sometimes 4th will pop out of gear if I hit a big enough bump.

What could be causing this? Is this a synchronize problem?

It would be nice for your input, thanks in advanced.

the 3/4 th gear syncros are togther...sorry you need a rebuild/replacement....nothing to do.[assumeing linkage is good...] have someone run through gears whil u lie under making sure shifter is putting it into 1,2,3,4,5 i think it is..[ most cars on a 3 apeed 2nd goes bad first and on 4 and 5 speeds 3rd goes first.
