Can anyone help me install a flash-player?

ive been trying for a week to install a flash-player Adobe sent me a activation this only worked for one day computer keeps asking for activation code again as this code only works once Adobe not helping at all can someone advise me wot to do

Don't understand what you mean by activation code. Adobe Flash is a small browser add-on that is totally free, installs in seconds, and when installation completes, you see an "Installation Successful" dialog. You do need to close your browser while Adobe Flash is installing simply because it is a browser add-on. Most websites streaming audio and/or video require Adobe Flash in order for the streaming to work.

I never use internet explorer aymore cause flash wouldn't install, so I use firefox
