It's a thriller about 2 lawyers who are friends, the first lawyer is into the seedier side of life, when he goes missing. His friend then tries to track him down, and also becomes involved in whatever "dark things" caused the disappearance of his friend. It's an older title, mid 90's I think. Cheers!
