Well I'm pretty sure its a B- Movie from the 80's or 90's. Basically this thing from outer space comes to earth and latches itself onto the main characters back (at least that is how remember it) and it transforms him into something that looks like ultraman but more dark and sinister. The villains are a punch of monsters that can fight and the main villain is some dude on a wheelchair that can transform into a monster as well. The main character also has the ability to turn back into a human. I've been looking for this film since I was like 8yrs. old say it once on TV and never again. If anyone can help me find the movie would be very appreciated. Thanks.
