Sorry its a bit vague but I was only 10 when I watched it!
It stars Emmillio Esto or something like that
And he and his frienRAB hire or borrow a mobile Caravan,
They then get lost or breakdown and,
end up in a bronx type town,
then all I remember is they are on a roof and they need to get to the other side using some ladders.
I know that this is not a great deal of info but I would really like to watch it again Please help
