Can anyone help me find a home for a small, outdoor dog in Eastern North Carolina?

I know this is a ridiculous place for this question, but I'm almost out of options. I've contacted many rescues, tried craigslist, freecycle, petfinder, and a TON of other rescue groups online. I have a nearly 2 year old half boston terrier/half hound mix. He is UTD on all his vet records and neutered. He knows severeral tricks, and gets along with other dogs once he has been properly introduced.
His problem is that medically he cannot control his toileting. He NEEDS to be an outdoor dog but, where we live, outdoor dogs get poisoned. He needs a home because we have him indoors right now and are about to adopt kids, and it's not sanitary with his medical problems. Can ANYONE help?!
Ugh, I'd forgotten how many people could be judgmental about pets on this site. I did NOT get this dog knowing of this problem. Like my two others, he was a rescue, taken from a horribly abusive situation at the age of four weeks old. We have poured thousands of dollars into him, trying everything we could. The vet is out of options, and we cannot keep diapers on his because he, with the help of the other dogs, removes them. I have already tried petfinder as I'd said in my original post, but will surely try the flyers. Thanks!!!

why did you get him if you dont want him try a rescue centre outside your state

The only other thing I can think of is to make flyers and eave them with every vet in the county. 1) another vet may have an idea for improvement in his condition and 2) vets know their clients and may help you find someone.

I know it's no fun, but you can diaper in the meantime...

Thank you for working so hard for this guy!

Have you consulted the vet on medication for this problem? Maybe there is some medicine that will help with this. Good luck on finding out or a new home...
