can anyone help me figure out whats wrong with my dirt bike its a 1972 suzuki ts125?

i just recently had the cylinder head changed on the bike i can get it to fire up but it runs oddly i think its a spark or carb problem it doesnt seem to want to open up and dogs out runs groggy almost like the timing is messed up i changed the spark plug and lowered my jet size from a mikuni 130 to a mikuni 120 and it still runs the same and the fuel and oil mixes itself so im stumped as to why it wont run smoothly and just take off the head and base gaskets are fine i cant for the life of me figure it out any help would be awsome man and greatly appreiciated thanks also the bike wont idle it never has even when it used to run fine i always had to feed it some throttle to keep it running just thought id throw that out there plz help me lol peace
 
Using your diagnostics, the bike runs crappy so I will install a new head gasket, I will assume your bike will never run right. If the bike came with a 130 jet then put the damn thing back in, this isn't whats wrong. Usually, the PILOT or LOW SPEED jet gets plugged up and corroded and you probably need a NEW one for a bike that old.

Then install a NEW spark plug and tell us what happens.
