My boyfriend started to all of a sudden get a nervous feeling in his stomach. Then at work he sorta blacked out but caught him self, he said his vision got weird the day after like the image was going in and out and blurry, and after that he got a loud piercing noise in his ear which made his eye water. Now he's vomiting yellow shit what is wrong? were going to call the doctor tomorrow since i finally convinced him to go!
can anyone help figure out what's wrong?
