can anyone heeeeeeeeeeelp me use my nokia N91

Ever since I bought my N91, I have never been able to use it because anytime I switch it on, it only informs me that 'phone start up failure contact your retailer.
I don't know what to do. Can anyone please heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp:
 
we're did you buy it? in a Nokia store or online? then you have to contact the dealer and return the phone because its not working.
