I am 5'7", I started out a week ago weighing 180 and am now 176, I have been eating 1100 calories a day. Plus I am exercising everyday just doing like crunches, sit-ups, squats, stair running and fast walking.
Can anyone please give me some more little tips that could help me achieve the weight loss goal?
I mean like any foods that are good for weight loss, or other exercises I can do at home...
