i own a ford focus diesel, 01, i had the altenator fixed, reconditioned twice, by the same guy, i brought it back the third time and he said it's ok, but it's not, when you first start the car, sometimes the battery light stays on and she's not charging, if i turn the engine off and turn on again the battery light stays off, is it still altenator trouble or is it something else, the couple of guys i have brought it to still haven't got a clue.
can someone out there please help, no use going to a dealer, there useless!!!!! ( help!!!!!!!) dave
