Can anyone find me a site that clearly depicts some good flex-band exercises to improve my posture?

I have weak joints that over-extend and need to improve my posture and muscle strength around the joints.

The problem is, I'm finding it hard to find websites that give me more exercises to do that will help me in my goals.

I currently do flex-band woodchops and leg abductions. All other exercises I do are pilates-based without the bands but I would like to use the bands more.

I need straight forward instructions for more exercises.
