Can anyone find me a good exercise routine?

I have to lose weight if I want to live a full a long lifetime.

What I need is either a good tutorial on Youtube or an average routine to do.

I walk everyday on the walking track which is 2 miles a day this usually takes an hour to complete. I hardly see a difference.

I'm eating healthier nowadays. (Just to throw that in there, cause someone's gonna mention it)

Bascially I need a really effective workout, one that isn't extensive muscle fatiguing and immediate soreness afterwards. Something simple and easy to get the hang of. I can deal with feeling tired afterwards but not too harsh.
