System?"? I have been taking some singing lessons (like five lessons) but I have to travel 30 to 45 minutes to get to my lessons. I recently found another school and teacher that is a bit closer. I don't think I want to switch per say (my teacher is very accomplished and wonderful) but the distance and amount of money is A LOT.
I was thinking that since this voice teacher is closer and in the suburbs it might cost less (I would have to check)...plus her website says that she teaches bel canto AND Gary Catona's voice building.
I was hoping that some singer here or someone who knows about voice pedagogy could enlighten me to how his system might be different from my classical teacher? What is it? Is it worth it? I have some links in case that helps:
