can anyone explain why i have sharp pains in my upper chest?

im dealing with mental issues none perscribed. but i was overwhelmed with stressed any feeling like ripping my hair out, i was argueing with my boyfriend on the phone and right when i got off the phone i felt a sharp painful pain in between my collar bones and lower neck its feel like a mma fighter socked me over and over again or i got stabbed and i thought it would go away when i woke up but didnt. what the hell is wrong with me
