Can anyone explain something about the abortion debate?

Why does no one ever criticize the women who are having the abortions? People will shoot doctors and bomb clinics, but these women are apparently guilt free. I'm not saying these women should be harmed, but shouldn't they take some of the blame?

Don't women have options? Can't they place the baby up for adoption? Why do we never hear anything from the fathers of these babies? I don't understand why so much hate is directed towards the doctors who perform abortions, when they are just part of a bigger issue. Am I naive? Would this make more sense if I were a woman?
 
i agree that if your going to criticize the doctor then you should also criticize the woman.
i personally dont agree with abortion unless its for medical reasons.
i think most of the time the fathers arent mentioned because they have no interest.
I think its selfish when so many people cant have children.
each to their own i guess b'coz it'll never stop.
 
well if you held a baby in your arms would you harm it???
I hope your saying no,everyone has a right to life and whether it's your baby or someone else it's not right killing a person they deserve a chance at life and there so many people who cant have kids who would love them like there own.

people need to grow up and be more responsible if your gonna have sex use protection!!!!
 
I don't agree with abortions but I agree with you to an extent.

It's always the same people that get blamed, the baby's do not want to be created, it is not their choice so why should they suffer.

Abortions should not be legal after a certain time period anyway.
 
um most all you ever hear on here is people insulting the women saying they're murderers and horrible! and yeah it might make better sense if you were a women and understood how PIANFUL it is for a women when she has to or chooses to have an abortion. i'm por-choice as long as they don't use it as birthcontrol (i.e several abortions done) or as long as its not selective abortion (aborting because of the sex of the baby) and do you have ANY idea how hard it is to put a baby up for adoption? try carrying something for 9 months inside you feeling it kick, wiggle, hiccup. then just give it away. i could never have the courage to do that! and many other women can't either but they know they wouldn't be good mothers at that time. the women who can give up there babies for adoption for the good of the baby are strong amazing women but its not as easy as Juno makes it look. unfortunetly men will probebly never grasp how hard and painful it can be because it takes longer for them to conect.

i also have to give credit to the doctors. can you imagine what they must feel like at the end of the day? some women need abortions for medical reasons some it was rape or incest (or both). we need those doctors for that. i know i would never be able to do that job every time i saw a child with a happy mother i would probebly want to cry.
 
Yep, you're naive.

Do you really think women are getting high fived when they reveal they felt that had to resort to such a sad thing? Not in the least. They're called sluts, whores, selfish, evil, murderers. They're ostracized.

Where are the "fathers" of the babies when a girl is told she should've kept her legs closed? Women are villified and the men skate off scott free.

A physician is performing a legal service, whether one personally agrees with it or not. The true blame for the killing of doctors and the bombing of clinics should fall on the SOCIOPATHS WHO COMMIT THE CRIMES.
 
Believe me, women cop plenty of flak from their peers and family over an unwanted pregnancy. Typical responses are as follows:

1. Have an abortion 'oh you murderer!'
2. Keep the baby 'oh you are a child yourself, how could you?'
3. Adopt the baby 'oh it's your own flesh and blood, how could you!'

My point is, it's not a matter of choosing your options, it's a matter of picking your poison. The girl will cop it from other people no matter which option she chooses, and as always, the father gets away unscathed and free.
