Never has and Putin made that statement not long ago. He said all we had to do was look at Russia, a perfect example.

I'm not supporting it, I'll go to my grave fighting it. I'm proud to be a free American, and I will not stand by as we inch closer to communism.

Socialism has never been sustained is the problem.

But....

Russia after 1917 revolution, turned communist= Became a superpower.
However in 1989 I believe they collapse.

China, taken by the Communist party, Economy booms crime rate greatly reduced.

Cuba, established dictator under communism, Cuba is one of the richest countries in the Caribbean.

Socialism can be democratic
Communism cannot

So to answer your question...Cuba.

The U.S. thinks if it keeps the embargo that Cuba will become capitalist.

It failed.

Socialism always brings a country up...But has never really been shown to withstand the test of time.

The US has gone from having the highest standard of living in the world to about no. 15. Of the 14 countries above us, EVERY SINGLE ONE is more socialist than we are.

I doubt most of the people who say Obama is 'socialist' could even define what 'socialist' means. It's just a bad word, and they hate him, so he must be one. This is one big reason the Republicans are out of power, because they use name-calling and slogans rather than argue with facts and logic.

You have no idea what socialism actually is, otherwise you would know that we aren't supporting 'socialism'.

The 3 countries with the highest standard of living in the world all have socialist policies. Norway, Sweden, Canada. Better than the U.S. So there are 3.
