A man is asked to describe his daughters.
The man replies "They are all blonde, apart from 2, all brunette apart from 2 and all red-heads apart from 2"
How many daughters does the man have?

My dad asked me it, because the men at his work asked him.
None of them know the answer.
Any help?
And he DOES have daughter(s)
