can anybody help me to write an appeal letter PLEASE.?
my pending unemployment benefit result letter it says that i am disqualified, and it also says that i have the right to appeal to write a letter. and my problem is how should i respond to this appealing.? i mean the basics template letter to unemployment appeal department. my case is i gave 2 weeks notice i voluntarily quit my job after 13 years of work. and the reason i quit was, me & my wife we have 5 children together and we've been separate for 10 years since the year 2000. since then i have been supporting my children all the time. now she gave me a chance to come back and be part of her life and together rise our kids/family. i had no choice, i have to quit my job from MICHIGAN and move to CALIFORNIA to be with my family. so when i moved to CA. my goal plan was and still is to get a job and support my family. after been searching for a job one & half month went by no result. so then my welfare case worker told me to apply for unemployment. and my answer to her was i voluntarily quit my job, and she said well you might have a good case because you quit your job to reconcile with your spouse and relocated to CA. to reunite with your family. so i went ahead and applied and the result came-back that i am disqualified. and the letter it says that i have the right to appeal. and now i have to appeal and explain to the appealing dpt. about all my situation. before i told them i voluntarily quit. and now in my appealing i have to explain my situations and reasons. can you please help me how i should start saying/writing on my appeal letter. please email me if you can help me [email protected] i am stressed-out i never applied for unemployment before. please help me and GOD will bless you.
