Can any1 add features to my account for me?

So I have a Fam Plan, 2 phones

I want to add:

Family Plan Feature: $9.99 Unlim Fam Text
Phone 1: $9.99 Unlim BB Email Only
Phone 2: $9.99 Unlim BB Email Only

Thats $30/mo in features I want to add, any1 have a way/tip/trick to add these to my account? I don't want to pay $19.99 each line for BB cause I don't need DATA just email. (Have data on my work 8800)

Anyway possible?

Yes I know, reason I was asking is that the feature was just recently "grandfathered" however people are still getting it added, so I wanted to know if anyone can / wanted to do it for me or point me to the right person/dept to talk to about it.
 
I also am a T-Mobile Rep. I can tell you that those who are still getting the feature added have either had it added before and removed or have a plan with some sort of data package that was previously on there plan for example:

Say customer A had a sidekick at one point and had the Sidekick data. Well when they switched to blackberry and either removed the data or left the data on their still left them in the availability for the old data packages that use to be offered. The unlimited BB web is all they have now or the unlimited web and txt. Those will be your only options at this point in time.
