Can any one help decipher and guess why i have so much pain?

Hi all,

New meraber here with lots of issues and questions maybe someone wiser can help answer.

I am a 49yo military retiree. I previously was very very active. I am now in extreme pain due to cervical,lurabar,knee issues to name a few. Chronic pain in my back and knees.

Here is what I have relative my spine and I am hoping someone can decipher this for me????

Cervical-
C1 Normal
C2-normal
C3C4 Severe lack of disc space,small posterior disc osteophyte,mild posterior ligamentum thickening,severe bilateral neural foraminal narrowing,mild canal narrowing,mild facet degenerative change
C4 C5-Mild uncovertrabal hypertrophy, mild bilateral nueral narrowing,
C5 C6-same as above
C6 C7- Moderate loss of disc space
IMPRESSION:
MULTILEVEL DISC DISEASE, WORST AT C3 C4.SEVERE NEUROFORAMINAL NARROWIN FROM UNCOVERTBAL HYPERTROPHY MODERATE RIGHT FORAMINAL NARROWING AT C6 C7. MILD NARROWING AT LOWER LEVELS

T11 T12 Degenerative Disc Disease

LUMAR-
IMPRESSION:
L2 L3 CIRCUMFERENTIAL DISC BULGE WITH POSTERIOR ANNULAR FISSURING RESULTS IN MILD BILATERAL LATERAL RECESS EFFACEMENT. ATTENUATION OF L5 PARS INTERARTICULARIS WITHOUT DISCRETE PARS DEFECT

What the heck does all of this mean?

cervical, and lurabar spinal stenosis with disk disease. age, trauma i.e. physical training, and age corabined with congentital issues. hit the turf a lot? i am a former army guy, bar room bawler, and old guy at 52 years. check it out with dr.
