Can any intelligent person answer this, is this rape or bad sex?

I agree to sex during it the guy gos so fast it hurts. I think to my self say slow down but i dont cos he thrusting so hard my voice will shake and i will sound stupid. So i let it pass then it get sore and i shout NO, intending to say slow down but i dont get to cos. The minute i say NO, his reaction He is to grab me in total grip. I then know he heard me and i think tell him slow down but i dont bother cos he could go fasterv as a kick for him. Or just completely ingnore me which he would have so i let him continue.He lets go of my grip i lay sore waiting for him to finish. Now is it rape cos i said NO, his reaction is to grip me. Or should i look at it as bad sex since i was hopeing to say slow down so sex was better for me. But i obviously didnt get so far as you know well. Pls help advice so needed?
 
It is difficult and will be his word against yours.
You consented in the first place but then said NO.

He should have taken the NO as a NO and stopped. The difficult bit will be convincing a jury that you did in fact make it clear that you meant NO and wanted him to stop.
