nah hell end up going to jail no matter what. he cant do anything with the video unless its a video proving shes 18 or older. even if she murdered someone if it doesnt pertain to the case then he cant use it as evidence or anything. he could also be bluffing.

He 23
He said that he can screw her because he haves a video of them together
And that ifs he tries to report him, he can use that video against her in the court.
