After about 5-8 years of having a private practice, Is this possible? I would be around 32-36 years old.
Home:
-Luxury condo in a nice development, around $2500-$3000 a month
Cars:
-Lamborghini, will have a normal cheap car up until this point, cheap car should last me through dental school and first years of private practice. The lamborghini will be an older model and used.
-Escalade or Range Rover, this will be the family car as the lamborghini cant be
Attractions:
- I would like to go on a one week vacation to the beach a year, and go to some nba games, possibly courtside once. Otherwise normal stuff life everyone.
And then just add on stuff like food costs, taxes, wifes salary, entertainment, paying back loans from dental school, kid costs.... and so on.
Could i live this life as an orthodontist? I just need a small and simple condo and just have my dream car. Own my own practice in the town i live in and how would i be financially?
