Can an oil painting(with liquin) that is dry to the touch still give off toxic fumes?

I did this oil painting and mixed Liquin original in with the paint, 3 weeks later it was completely dry to the touch. I brought it into my room but soon realized it still smelled a little. Was this the smell of toxic fumes from the liquin or is that how all oil paintings are supposed to smell when they are dry?

So basically I'm wondering if it is safe to keep this thing in my room or should I wait until the smell goes away?
