I have an infected ingrown toe nail atm and my doctors apt is in a few days to get it removed, so I'm wondering if it can burst if the swelling gets to bad. I don't have a car so I bus and walk every where, but the swelling gets a lot worse when I'm walking. Can that happen or am I just paranoid?
