They have sent out a company survey and in the last 12 months the company has gone downhill.. .poor decisions etc... Can I be terminated for answering the survey that HR has asked all employees to complete in a truthful, negative fashion?
Not threatened.. but everybody is scared to speak up in fear of retribution.
They can fire you for any reason? I would say that if they had no grounds then you could file a lawsuit in response.
